Best of Kenya Itinerary
Day 1 Nairobi
A representative will be waiting to greet you at Nairobi International Airport. Next, you will be transferred to your hotel for overnight stay to prepare for the Best of Kenya.

Day 2 Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru
Following breakfast at your hotel, depart Nairobi for drive to Nakuru. On route, there is a stop for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha. Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with bird life, and Naivasha is known as a world class birding destination. Following this excursion at Lake Naivasha, proceed for onward trip to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch is served at Lion Hill Lodge in Nakuru upon arrival. Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the basin of the Rift Valley. The main attraction to this national park is the large concentration of multitudes of flamingos that flock seasonally to feed on the blue-green algae. Pursue resident rhinos as you enjoy your afternoon game drive. See how many of the 56 wildlife species you can locate.

Day 3 Masai Mara National Reserve
Leave Nakuru for the drive to Masai Mara, with more wildlife than anywhere in East Africa. Lunch will be served upon your arrival at the lodge. This park is an extension of Tanzania’s Serengeti. The greatest animal spectacle in the world – The Great Migration, occurs here every year. In addition to the numerous zebras and wildebeests, the park hosts a plethora of wildlife, big and small. Large numbers of Lions, Cheetah, Elephant, Rhino, African Buffalo, Giraffe and many more animals are found in their habitat. Consequently, you will be amazed on your first 2 hr game drive in the Mara.

Day 4 Masai Mara National Reserve
Arise before the sun for a morning game drive to observe the wildlife’s natural rituals. Then, back to the lodge where breakfast awaits. Since you have the whole day here, there is plenty of time to take a swim, laze over lunch or visit the gift shop before your afternoon game drive. Seek out any of your favourite wildlife that you may have missed the day before.

Day 5 Mombasa
Leave Masai Mara for the drive back to Nairobi where lunch will be served. Next, transfer to Wilson Airport for flight to Mombasa which leaves at 1400 hrs. Upon arrival in Mombasa you will be driven to your Mombasa beach resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Mombasa
This day is completely at your leisure. Thus, there is time to enjoy the beach and facilities on the beautiful Indian Ocean. Optional tours can be arranged in Mombasa. Half board accommodation is at Serena Beach Hotel.

Day 7 Depart
Follow early breakfast with a pickup for the drive to Mombasa’s Moi International Airport for 9:00 am flight back to Nairobi. Dig into a sumptuous BBQ lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. Finally, you will be driven to the Jomo Kenyatta airport for your homeward bound flight. Carry with you memories of the Best of Kenya.
